INTRODUCTION
Tenvir L (Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300mg, Lamivudine 300mg) Tablet is a combination of two antiretrovirals. It is prescribed to treat HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) infection. It boosts up the immunity to fight against HIV to manage or treat AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome).

BENEFIT OF TENVIR L TABLET
Tenvir L Tablet works by slowing down the reproduction of the HIV virus in your body. It helps control the infection and makes your immune system work better. This lowers your chances of getting newer infections and improves your quality of life. It is not a cure for HIV or AIDS and should not be used to prevent HIV after accidental exposure to a risk.
It is very important that you take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Taking all doses in the right amount at the right times greatly increases the effectiveness of medicines and reduces the chances of your HIV infection becoming resistant to antiretroviral medicines. If you manage your condition properly by taking all your medicines correctly and avoiding illness, you should be able to live a near-normal life. But Tenvir L tablet is advised to use with cautions for patients having kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tenvir L Tablet may be needed. Taking this tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. You may experience fatigue while taking Tenvir L Tablet and this may affect your ability to drive.
WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE TRIOMUNE TABLET
If you miss a dose of Tenvir L Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
